ORDER PROCESS
1. Add your selected remembrance to the cart and complete checkout.
2. We will then send you a customized collection kit with a container for ash collection. Add 1 teaspoon of cremains per piece purchased.
3. Send it back to us via Canada Post. You will be sending the ashes direct to the artist creating the memorial. The cost to ship it back to us can be paid directly to your local Canada Post or USPS office.
4. We will then handcraft your custom work and ship it within 4-6 weeks.
5. You may receive multiple collection kits if you have selected pieces from more than one artist.
