1. Add your selected remembrance to the cart and complete checkout.
2. We will then send you a customized collection kit with a container for ash collection. You may receive multiple collection kits if you have ordered from different artists.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of cremains per piece purchased.
4. Send it back to us via Canada Post. The cost to ship it back to us can be paid directly to your local Canada Post or USPS office.
5. We will then handcraft your custom work and ship it within 4-6 weeks.
